The ‘total body’ or ‘whole body’ orgasm is one that is significantly stronger than other types of orgasms, and can be felt all over your entire body.
Here is some happy woman’s first-hand account:
“Occasionally my entire body will shiver during an orgasm. It starts off with an overall feeling of extreme rigidity, it feels like certain parts of my body are expanding or distorting. My genitals and breasts feel like they are growing in size. Then my entire body turns to jelly and I lose control. This particular type of climax always starts in the genital area, and rushes over every area in waves. Then the waves expand outwards all over my body and throughout every extremity. Sometimes I mildly hallucinate, like seeing colors for example. It is a very magical, almost paranormal experience.”
For some people these types of orgasms may be triggered by their level of emotional attachment to their partner, and still some others only get these sensations when they are at the very height of their potential arousal abilities. The most rational explanation for a total body orgasm has to do with the joining of several personal elements- emotion, arousal and sexual energy. Individual experiences with these orgasms vary; they range from ‘only during masturbation’ to ‘only after several other orgasms’.
Clitoral orgasm and G-Spot orgasm and stimulation
1. Lubricate one or two of your fingers (index and middle) by licking them.
2. Put 2-3 inches of your finger/s inside her vagina, with your palms facing upward.
3. Look for the G-Spot, which is the bumpy part on the ceiling of her vagina. When you find it, just let the pad of your fingers touch the button, without stimulating the area.
Thereafter, let your fingers inside feel if there are any contractions in her vagina. Your fingers will feel as if they are being squeezed by her vagina. You will hardly notice it, though, since this is a very soft squeeze. So, you have to pay close attention.
When she is about to reach orgasm, the muscles of her vagina will contract, gripping hard on your fingers.
Just keep steady with your pace, rhythm and pressures. Do not move or else you may have to go back and start all over again.
Right before she has an orgasm, she will struggle and want to move but you have to stay as ease until she completes her orgasm.
G-Spot Orgasms
By this time, your fingers should still be inside the vagina and your finger pads are at rest on her G-spot. Now, start to stimulate the G-spot. It would be better to do this, slowly, with light strokes then as you continue, increase the speed and pressure.
G-spot fingering works just like a roller coaster, as it starts slowly and increases in speed and pressure as you switch the technique and do again the process allover.
When you do this, you are, further, building up anticipation and sexual tension for the orgasm. In addition to this, there will be less strain on your fingers, wrists and forearms. Fingering the G-spot can cause your arms to become weary so you can let your muscles rest by switching intensities.
Step 1. Forward and Backward Stroke
With the pad of your fingers, slowly rub the G-spot back and forth. Start with 100 slow and light strokes, then 100 medium strokes and finally, 100 fast and hard strokes.
Step 2. Circular Motion
Rub very lightly in a light circular motion. Start with 100 slow and light strokes, then 100 medium strokes and finally, 100 fast and hard strokes.
Step 3. Come Closer
You can try this with one, two or even three fingers (whenever she is ready).
You can do this by running the pads of your fingers across her G-spot, just like motioning someone to come closer. You should be careful not to let your nails scratch the ceiling of her vaginal walls.
Start with 100 slow and light strokes, then 100 medium strokes and finally, 100 fast and hard strokes.
